Returns Policy

We endeavour to make the products you ordered arrive in perfect condition. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order or our service please contact us, with full details, within 7 days of receiving your order.

In order to contact us please logon to your account on by clicking "My Account". Once you have logged in, please click "Completed Orders". You will then see a list of your orders, find the appropriate order and click on "Return Item(s)". Select which item you would like to return, and choose a reason and action required from the drop down menu. You can also add a note to us in this section. Click "Submit Return Request" to send your information to us.

Most Items are packed and sent separately so orders for more than one item may arrive on different days.

Returns: We do not accept unsolicited returns. We only accept returns of faulty goods. Returns goods must be proven to be faulty for a replacement to be sent. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you believe you have a faulty video or DVD please contact us to obtain instructions on how and where to send it. We do not accept unsolicited returns and will not issue refunds for them.

Privacy: We take great care to ensure our customer's privacy - we do not automatically add you to our emailing list and we never send unsolicited mail through the post. In addition we do not sell, trade or exchange email addresses or other information about our customers.
